I have been seeing Andrea for a one-to-one session every 6-8 weeks for a few years now,primarily to maintain movement and flexibility of my hips as I head towards inevitable surgery. I find the sessions very enjoyable and motivating (Andrea always makes you feel you are progressing!) and as a result I practice yoga regularly (albeit typically 10 minutes a day) which has enabled me to enjoy running and cycling more as well as putting off the inevitable replacements.
